Running on Empty

Reflection: It is a sinking feeling when your gas tank is low and you know you're running on empty, isn't it?  This kind of empty is not a good feeling.  But in the life of a Christian, being "empty" isn't actually all that bad.  After all, Paul tells us that Jesus "emptied" Himself in order to become one of us.  And Paul also says we are to strive to be of the same mind as Jesus.
