The Required Persistence

What is justice?  Is it just the bad folks getting punished and the good rewarded?  Or does Biblical justice call us to seek something more - something deeper? Let’s reflect a bit on justice this Sunday, allowing the Holy Spirit to do its work in and for the Church which “in a broken and fearful…gives us courage to pray without ceasing, to witness among all peoples to Christ as Lord and Savior, to unmask idolatries in Church and culture, to hear the voices of peoples long silenced, and to work with others for justice, freedom, and peace.”
