Series: The Gospel of Mark

Dinner Conversations

Passage: Mark 14:12-31

Reflection:

This week we will celebrate a special day for the church – not only ours but all around the world.  On World Communion Sunday, we imagine ourselves coming to the Lord’s Table with every faithful Christ follower from every corner of the earth.  We do so with gratitude knowing that Jesus is remembered every time we do.  We do so, though, bearing the responsibility of not allowing the world to ever forget Him. This World Communion Sunday, ask: how, through your own life and through the life of our church, are we joining with others around the world to talk about Jesus through faithful witness and active service?
